Can I switch from one subscription plan to another?
Coffee Subscription Plan:
Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your Coffee Subscription Plan. Please contact our Customer Relationship Centre at 1800 80 7001 (toll-free, 8am–10pm daily) to explore available options.
Machine Subscription Plan:
Changes are not allowed once your Machine Subscription Plan is activated. The plan is fixed for the full 12-month Minimum Subscription Term, including the selected machine and monthly fee.
