What happens if I stop paying for my subscription plan?

Coffee Subscription Plan
You may cancel your Coffee Subscription Plan at any time by contacting our Customer Relationship Centre at 1800 80 7001 (toll-free, 8am–10pm daily)
Upon cancellation, your remaining Club Credit will remain valid according to the Club Credit validity rules outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
 
Machine Subscription Plan
If you stop paying before completing the 12-month Minimum Subscription Term:
⚠️ A Cancellation Fee will apply, depending on your selected plan (see details on the full Terms & Conditions)
⚠️ Your account may also be frozen and cancelled if payments remain unpaid for two consecutive months
