Can I change my machine or subscription plan after signing up?

You may upgrade or downgrade your Coffee Subscription Plan.
To make changes, please contact our Customer Relationship Centre at 1800 80 7001 (toll-free, 8am–10pm daily) and our team will assist you with the available options.
 
Machine Subscription Plan
Once your Nespresso Machine Subscription Plan is activated, changes to your selected machine or plan are not allowed during the 12-month Minimum Subscription Term. Please ensure you select your preferred plan carefully before confirming your subscription.
