To ensure uninterrupted service, please update your credit card details on the Nespresso website before your current card expires. A valid credit card must remain on file throughout your subscription period.
If your card expires and payment fails, our system will re-attempt payment for three consecutive days.
As outlined in the Terms & Conditions, if payment remains outstanding for two months, your subscription will be cancelled, access to your Nespresso Club account frozen, and a Cancellation Fee will apply if the termination occurs before the 12-month Minimum Subscription Term.
Once your Nespresso Club account is frozen, you will need to call our Customer Relationship Centre at 1800 80 7001 to update your card details and request for your account to be unblocked.
