What is the warranty period for my Nespresso machine?

  • All Nespresso coffee machines come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and machine malfunctions under normal home use.

  • If your machine needs repair or replacement within the warranty period, Nespresso will handle it free of charge.

Please note: Troubleshooting will be carried out by our Coffee Specialists via email, phone, or video call before arranging any machine arrangement. If necessary, our Service Team will then collect the machine for a detailed inspection.
