Most Nespresso accessories (capsule dispensers, storage units, etc.) are not covered by the same 2-year warranty as machines.
Faulty accessories may be replaced at Nespresso’s discretion if a manufacturing defect is identified within a reasonable period after purchase.
Wear and tear or cosmetic damage is not covered.
Please note: A proper inspection by our Coffee Specialist is required for any replacement. All replacements are subject to Nespresso’s legal terms and conditions of sale.
