Our dedicated Coffee Specialists can assist you directly via phone or video call to diagnose the issue. If a repair is required, we will arrange for our Service Team (Nespresso Machine Experts) to collect your machine for a detailed inspection.
If available, we will provide a complimentary loan machine for you to enjoy your coffee while your machine is being serviced.
