How can I return goods?

We accept returns or exchanges of products (excluding coffee capsules and other consumables) within 7 days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

  1. The product was damaged before you received it, or

  2. There was a discrepancy between your order and the delivered items.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, and

  • Must be accompanied by the original invoice issued within Malaysia.

For food safety reasons, no refund or exchange will be provided for consumable items such as coffee or sugar.
