We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than perfect condition. If you receive a damaged package or product, please contact the Nespresso Club at 1800 80 7001 (8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our team may request photos of the damaged package and product for verification. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange for a replacement or an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
