If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you have received, we ask you to contact the Nespresso Club at 1800 80 7001 (8:00 - 22:00 Monday - Sunday) or via the online contact form. You are advised to have the relevant packaging at hand when you call us. The production codes on the packs allow us to trace the production batch. Please also provide us with as much information as possible about the nature of the damage/defect as this will help us find an effective solution.
