During the 2-year warranty period, Nespresso offers the Nespresso Assistance Package for machines that are covered with valid warranty.
For machines that are out of/not covered with warranty you will be presented with a quote based on which you can decide whether you would like to proceed with the repair. Please contact the Nespresso Club at 1800 80 7001 (8:00 - 22:00 Monday - Sunday) for more information.
