If the red light on your Aeroccino is flashing continually and the heating cycle stops prematurely, it means that your Aeroccino has detected that it is heating up too quickly. Please find below some common causes and resolutions for this:
Cause: The device was used multiple times in a row without cooling down.
Fix: Let it cool for a few minutes, then try again. Rinse with cold water to speed up cooling.
Cause: Dried milk or buildup at the bottom of the jug.
Fix: Clean the jug thoroughly with a non-abrasive sponge and warm water.
Cause: The device can’t froth or heat without the whisk.
Fix: Make sure the whisk is inserted correctly. Use the spring whisk for foam and flat whisk for just heating.
Cause: Overfilling or underfilling can trigger an error.
Fix: Keep milk between the min and max lines.
Cause: Moisture on the bottom of the jug or inside the base can cause malfunction.
Fix: Ensure both the jug and base are dry before use.
Cause: Loose plug or unstable power connection.
Fix: Unplug and plug it back into a secure outlet. Try a different socket if needed.
