How do I connect my Nespresso machine to the app?

As of October 1st, a new Nespresso app called "Nespresso Store" has been launched for iOS, and since November 1st for Android. Please note: the old "Nespresso" app is still available, but you cannot connect your machine via the "Nespresso Store" app.

To connect your machine, follow these steps:

  1. Download the "Nespresso Smart" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Open the "Nespresso Smart" app and follow the instructions to connect your machine via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
  3. Make sure your device and machine are within range and that Bluetooth/Wi-Fi is enabled.

Tip: Already have a Nespresso account? Use the same login credentials across all Nespresso apps for a seamless experience.
