What delivery options does Nespresso offer?

We offer a variety of delivery options to help you find the delivery method that suits you best.

If you would like to receive your parcel to the nearest post-office/postal store (På Posten), the delivery time is 1-3 business days.

If you would like to receive your parcel in the postbox, you can choose delivery method "Liten pakke i postkasssen". Valid when you order maximum 100 coffee capsules. Delivery time is 1-3 business days. Kindly look at the terms when choosing this method.

If you live near a Nespresso Boutique - you can place an order and pick it up after an hour in the selected store!

For those who do not live near a Nespresso Boutique, there is the possibility of home delivery weekdays between 17-21 with delivery time of 1-3 business days.

We also offer delivery for work with a business package, between 8-16 and within 1-3 business days.

NOTE: Always make sure you have the correct mobile number registered in the member account so that the alerts arrive, and we have a chance to contact you if anything happens along the way.

SHIPPING COSTS:

We offer free shipping when ordering for at least NOK 399 and choose "nearest post office". When ordering a machine we always offer free shipping! If you choose BTQ pick up, the service is free, no matter what you buy!

When ordering under 399 NOK, the delivery cost is 49 NOK
When ordering over 399 NOK, the delivery is free.

Home delivery:
When ordering under 399 NOK, the delivery cost is 89 NOK
When ordering between 399-599 NOK, the delivery cost is 79 NOK
When ordering over 599 NOK, the delivery is free.

Instabox Home:
When ordering under 399 NOK, the delivery cost is 69 NOK
When ordering between 399-599 NOK, the delivery cost is 59 NOK
When ordering over 599 NOK, the delivery is free.

Business package - for Business addresses only:
When ordering under 399 NOK, the delivery cost is 119 NOK
When ordering between 399-599 NOK, the delivery cost is 99 NOK
When ordering over 599 NOK, the delivery cost is 89 NOK.
