What if my Nespresso credits are not used?

All funds in your Nespresso account should be used for purchases on website www.nespresso.com, via the Hotline or in Nespresso Boutiques in Poland, on time up to 12 months from the date of termination or expiration of the subscription agreement, incl otherwise, they will no longer be able to be used and will not be subject to refund, payment or exchange for any equivalent.​
