In the event that you cancel your NESPRESSO | SUBSCRIPTION – MACHINE FOR 1 ZŁ, means accumulated in your Nespresso account should be used by you for purchases on website www.nespresso.com, via the application, via the Hotline or in Nespresso Boutiques in Poland, within 12 months from the date of termination or expiry of the contract Nespresso subscriptions, otherwise - they will no longer be able to be used, they will not be available they too be refunded, withdrawn or exchanged for any equivalent. If, in connection with early cancellation of your Nespresso subscription, you will be liable to pay a fee related to early cancellation of your subscription - we may reduce your credit balance for your Nespresso account by the amount of this fee, specified in the regulations of NESPRESSO | SUBSCRIPTION – MACHINE FOR 1 ZŁ.
