In order to obtain the best milk froth quality, use chilled pasteurized or UHT milk, skimmed or semi-skimmed milk at a temperature of about 4 degrees. If your machine still does not produce the proper milk froth:
- check if the steam function is ready for work; having moved the switch to ON, you have to wait until the middle indication button stops blinking and turns orange
- check if the nozzle is not blocked; if it is necessary, remove the nozzle and wash it – see: the instructions manual
You also have to remember that the milk foam quality is influenced by the extent of scaling on the machine. Descale the machine if necessary.
