I have not received my ordered products. What should I do?

Nespresso orders are delivered to customers within one working day from the date of order placement. If the period expires, please contact the Customer Service at the toll-free number: 800 51 52 53, open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A Coffee Specialist will explain the reason of the delay and arrange another delivery.
