In order to obtain the best milk froth quality, use chilled pasteurized or UHT milk, skimmed or semi-skimmed milk at a temperature of about 4 degrees. If your machine still does not produce the proper milk froth:
- check if the milk pipe is properly inserted
- check if the milk froth function is properly set
- check if all elements are properly assembled; disassemble and clean all parts.
Remember to clean the milk froth section after each use by pressing and holding the CLEAN button for minimum 12 seconds. Wash the milk frothing section in a dish washer 2 times a week. Remember that the milk froth quality influences the scale build up in the machine. Perform descaling, if necessary.
