Remember that all automatic Nespresso machines have the factory-programmed coffee volume (Espresso: 40 ml, Lungo: 110 ml, Cappuccino: coffee-40 ml/milk-50 ml, Latte Macchiato: coffee-40/milk-150 ml). Additionally, the coffee quantities may differ, depending on the used capsule type. If you machine serves inappropriate quantities of coffee or milk:
- reset to factory settings:
Lattissima Pro - on the menu please select: factory settings.
Lattissima Plus - switch ON the machine; when machine is ready. Press all 4 buttons simultaneously (Espresso, Lungo, Cappuccino and Latte Macchiato) and hold for min.5 seconds.
Lattisima Touch - Turn OFF the machine , take off frother and turn ON your machine. Press the milk foam button and Latte simultaneously until the Clean and Descaling buttons start to blink. While all the buttons are flashing, press the buttons all the way up from the milk foam to down to Ristretto.
Lattissima Premium - switch ON the machine, when ready, disconnect the hot water nozzle or milk froth unit; after disconnecting, press simultaneously MILK and WATER buttons and hold for minimum 5 seconds.
Lattissima - switch ON the machine, when ready, press and hold ON/OFF button for minimum 5 seconds.
- program the desired qantities:
Espresso and Lungo - switch on the machine; when ready, press and hold a cup button as long as the desired liquid quantity is obtained
Cappuccino and Lattte Macchiato - switch on the machine; when ready, press and hold a cup button as long as the desired milk quantity is obtained; release the button and then push and hold again, in order to ad the required coffee quantity
Remember that scale build up can influence the served coffee quantity. Perform descaling, if necessary. In the event of the problem recurrence, inform immediately Nespresso Club Technical Department at the toll-free number: 800 51 52 53, open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
