What tests can I perform to regain access to my online account?
Go to computer - Open browser you usually use (preferably Google Chrome) - Delete cookies and history;
Access the link: www.nespresso.com/pt/en/forgot-password - Enter email address - Select "I'm not a robot" - Continue;
Open an anonymous browser - Access the e-mail sent to your address, to register a new password;
Close the browser where you placed the new password - Open a new browser (in an anonymous browser) - Place link www.nespresso.com/pt/en - Log in with e-mail and new password - Confirm access successfully.
Log in with e-mail and new password in a common browser and confirm access to your account successfully.
If this constraint also occurs in the Application, you should perform the following steps:
Delete APP and install again;
Log in to the APP with the new credentials, and confirm access successfully.
