Your coffee subscription is active as long as you keep paying your monthly fee for it. If you decide that your subscription no longer suits you, you can cancel at any time, with no extra fee. To do this, please go to My Account / My Subscription section on www.Nespresso.com or contact our Customer Relationship Center at the free number 0800 008 300. You will not be entitled for a refund for any monthly fee that has already been paid for the month of termination. You also have the option to pause your coffee subscription for a maximum period of 3 months.
