Machine produces coffee with grounds in the cup, or the coffee goes to the used capsule container, instead of coming through the spout

Most probably, the coffee spout is partially or totally clogged.

- Switch on the machine, fill the water tank with potable water. Put a big cup under the spout.

- Brew a big amount of water through the machine without any capsule. Repeat this 3-4 times, until clear water is flowing.
