What happens if the payment can’t be made at the scheduled date?

If payment has not been successfully made, an e-mail notification will be sent to this effect.

Also if the payment cannot be processed, our automated system will try to process the payment again, several times in the next 2 weeks. Any payment due will be withdrawn so the next payment will have to cover both the previous and current month.

If it is not possible to process the payment for 2 consecutive months, access to Nespresso Credit will be suspended until they will be processed, collecting the corresponding amounts. If after 30 days payments have still not been made we will consider this as a termination notice and you will have to pay the termination fee for the type of subscription you hold.
