How can I access my invoice?

Starting 1st of July 2024, for individual accounts, the invoice is automatically sent as an attachment to the email address registered in the account. Also, it can be downloaded anytime from the Nespresso website if you are logged in on your online account, from "My Orders" section.

For comapanies the invoice is available only on ANAF platform.

If you need assistance in order to download your invoice, please contact us on 0800 008 300 (free call from any network, available Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00) or you can write to us to the e-mail address nespresso.romania@nespresso.com
