I see I can get my invoices in PDF, but I can't access the invoices older than 26.04.2022. Why?

PDF invoicing is a new feature on our website. The reason you can't access the invoices older than 26.04.2022 could be because:
- Prior to this date, the invoices were issued according to the invoicing method at that time, in physical format. You can call us at the free number 0800 008 300 and request a duplicate of past invoices.
- You have not activated PDF invoicing in your account. You can do so by going to the "Contact Preferences" section of your web account, and activate the PDF invoicing option. Please take into account that this will enable you to receive future invoices in PDF format, and for past invoices you can call us at the free number 0800 008 300.
