What are the steps when I want to return a product?

Depending on the type of product purchased and the place of purchase, the return may be possible.

If you have purchased one or more non-food products online or through the Customer Care Center, they can be returned at your expense within 14 days starting from the delivery day, exclusively by courier.

If you have purchased one or more food products online or through the Customer Service Centre they cannot be returned unless the parcel in which you received your order has not been opened.

In the case of purchases in Nespresso boutiques, food products cannot be returned once you have left the store, and non-food products can be returned within 14 days only if they have not been used.
