The value of a product can be returned to the buyer within 14 days and exclusively in the boutique from which it was purchased, under the following conditions:
- The returned product must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (tax receipt)
- The coffee machine or Aeroccino must be functional and in normal parameters, with no signs of wear
- Coffee and food products may only be returned in their original, undamaged packaging
- The product must be purchased in the Retail channel (Nespresso boutique), products ordered online or by telephone can only be returned by courier, according to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
