Under "Do you already have a Nespresso membership number?", select "Yes, I have a Nespresso membership number" and enter your membership number and the postal code of your address.
You can also call Nespresso at 800 852 3525 (toll-free) or live chat with us on our website, to activate your Internet account. Our coffee specialist will then send you an email to set up your password to activate your Internet account.
