Trouble pairing your machine to the mobile application?

Please follow the following steps:

1. Login on the website www.nespresso.com <http://www.nespresso.com/> and delete all the machines available from My account > My Machines

2. Complete a factory reset from the machine or the Nespresso app, (unplug your machine for 10 seconds and plug it back in again)

3. Unplug your machine for 10 seconds and plug it back

4. Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and un-pair the machine if still present. How to do it in iOS and in Android

5. Reboot your phone

6. Uninstall the Nespresso application from the phone and reinstall it from the App Store or Play Store

7. Start from scratch the pairing procedure
