If I want to return and refund my items after I have already collected my order, how do I do that?

Only non-coffee items (machines and accessories) can be returned and refunded, subject to our return policy. We seek your understanding that for coffee purchases, once you leave our boutique with the coffee, we will not be able to refund nor exchange the coffee due to food safety reasons.
