1. During check out, select Pick Up Point as the preferred delivery option.
2. With your postal code or road name, a list of lockers will be available for selection
3. You will receive an SMS and/or Email notification once the parcel is placed into the locker, together with a unique PIN code.
4. Enter your unique PIN code to collect your parcel from the locker.
5. If the parcel is not collected within the stipulated timeline, it will be returned to Nespresso. Our coffee specialists will reach out to you to reschedule the delivery.
