Can I return used aluminium capsules even if I didn’t receive them from Packeta.sk?

Yes. This service is available to all Nespresso customers and does not require any prior orders, so you can send back goods or used aluminium capsules delivered by other carriers. Not all delivery points are also delivery points for the return of capsules. The customer can find which delivery points are on the Packeta.sk website.
