Online and Customer Service Purchases: Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all labels intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at 1800-019-090. After we successfully received your return parcel, we shall proceed to refund within 15 days of reception.
Boutique Purchases: All products sold at our boutiques are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, we may, at our discretion, accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the purchase date if the products were damaged before purchase. Returns for boutique purchases must be made at the boutique where the purchase was made.
Consumables: For food safety reasons, consumable items (e.g., coffee) cannot be returned or exchanged for any purchases.
