What if I do not complete my 12 coffee orders within 24 months?

Your coffee discount will expire within 24 months after you enroll in the Nespresso Plus Program.

After 24 months, any unused coffee discounts will no longer be valid, and they can not be exchanged to cash, other products and be transferred to another person.

 

You can check your coffee discount balance by contacting our staff at Nespresso Boutiques or our Call Center at 1800-019-090, available every business day 8.00 - 19.00.
