Is it possible to return a coffee machine and withdraw from the Nespresso Plus program? Can it be done even after receiving all coffee disocounts?
Unfortunately, you can not make a refund on a coffee machine when you purchased coffee machine from Nespresso Plus Program and already used coffee discount from this program.
Exchange and refund are applicable within 7 days from the date of purchase indicated in the receipt. The conditions are
1. Machine: Unused condition
2. Coffee sleeves: Unopened condition
3. Gift with purchase: Unopened condition
4. Coffee benefits: Unredeemed any coffee discounts
In the case of product defects, you can request an exchange or refund following company's exchange and refund policy.
