I did not receive an e-Tax Invoice through my email address, what can I do?

An e-Tax Invoice will be sent to an email address which was registered to your Nespresso account. We recommend you to verify that your email address is valid and spelled correctly.

  • In case your email address is incorrectly spelled, please contact our Call Center or Nespresso Boutiques to update your email address accordingly.
  • In case your email address is correct, but you have not received an e-Tax Invoice, please contact our Call Center or Nespresso Boutiques to resend the document accordingly.
  • You can contact our Call Center at 1800-019-090 (Toll-Free) or email: club.thailand@nespresso.com, every day from 08.00 - 19.00
