I did not receive an e-Tax Invoice through my email address, what can I do?
An e-Tax Invoice will be sent to an email address which was registered to your Nespresso account. We recommend you to verify that your email address is valid and spelled correctly.
In case your email address is incorrectly spelled, please contact our Call Center or Nespresso Boutiques to update your email address accordingly.
In case your email address is correct, but you have not received an e-Tax Invoice, please contact our Call Center or Nespresso Boutiques to resend the document accordingly.
