1. What is e-Tax Invoice? Can I use the e-Tax Invoice to claim VAT from The Revenue Department?
e-Tax Invoice is a document in digital format in accordance with Revenue Department regulations. You will receive the legitimate document in PDF file with a digital signature through your registered email address with Nespresso instead of paper. Furthermore, this change is also aligned with our sustainability commitments to reduce our carbon footprint
2. How can I receive an e-Tax Invoice and when?
An e-Tax Invoice will be sent to your email address which was registered to a Nespresso account. You will receive the document no later than 2 business days after placing an order successfully.
3. Why can’t I receive an e-Tax Invoice immediately?
Nespresso is utilizing a service provider to generate an e-Tax Invoice and e-Credit Note, which will take time to implement. Nevertheless, the document will be delivered to your registered email address within 2 business days after an order was successfully placed.
4. Can I still receive tax invoice in paper?
An e-Tax Invoice that was issued in accordance with Revenue Department regulations and includes a digital signature is a valid document that can be used without the need for printing.
5. I did not receive an e-Tax Invoice through my email address, what can I do?
An e-Tax Invoice will be sent to an email address which was registered to your Nespresso account. We recommend you to verify that your email address is valid and spelled correctly.
* In case your email address is incorrectly spelled, please contact our Call Center or Nespresso Boutiques to update your email address accordingly.
* In case your email address is correct, but you have not received an e-Tax Invoice, please contact our Call Center or Nespresso Boutiques to resend the document accordingly.

6. What are the e-Tax Invoice amendment conditions?
1. For Nespresso boutique purchases, please contact the boutique where you made the purchase within 5 days after the order was placed successfully.
2. For Nespresso's official website or application, call center and official Nespresso shops on Marketplace, you can request the change of e-Tax Invoice information within 5 days after the order was delivered successfully, please contact our call center via email: club.thailand@nespresso.com
3. You may request amendments for the following information.
a. Incorrect spelling of name, but the data cannot be changed to belong to another person.
b. Incorrect Tax Identification Number or incorrect digits, but it cannot be changed to another person's Tax Identification Number
c. Incorrect address.
d. Changes to the list of products in the e-tax invoice are not allowed. The product list must match the original e-tax invoice.
Please be aware that Nespresso reserves the right to amend an e-Tax Invoice only 1 time. A credit note will be issued along with a new e-Tax Invoice and sent to you via email within 30 business days from the date of receiving updated information.
