If I want to return and refund my order after the collection, how do I do that?

Please note that Click & Collect service will apply the Boutique Return and Refund Policy as below information.

 

Boutique Purchases: All products sold at our boutiques are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, we may, at our discretion, accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the purchase date if the products were damaged before purchase. Returns for boutique purchases must be made at the boutique where the purchase was made.

 

Consumables: For food safety reasons, consumable items (e.g., coffee) cannot be returned or exchanged for any purchases.
