How can I amend or cancel my order?

If you wish to amend or cancel your online order through our official application, website or customer service, please contact Nespresso Customer Service and inform your order number by adding LINE @nespressoth

 

In case of cancelling your existing order, please note that the cancellation can only be made to the order that hasn’t been shipped yet. We suggest you to refuse the parcel at your doorstep. After that, please contact Nespresso Customer Service to complete your order cancellation request. After we successfully received your return parcel, we shall proceed to refund within 15 days of reception.

 

In case of changing delivery address or phone number, please note that your delivery may take longer than usual around 2-4 business days, depending on the areas.
