My order has still not arrived. What should I do now?

If you have been waiting longer than the agreed delivery time period, please contact the NESPRESSO Club at 1800-019-090 (toll-free everyday from 8.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m) and our Coffee Specialists will be able to assist you. However, the delivery will only be completed if we are able to contact you on the scheduled date, ensuring a secure and successful handover.
