What should I do if my package is damaged?

Please provide us the visual evidence listed below in order to expedite the claim process.

- Photos of damaged parcel (outer/carton box)

- Photos of internal damaged package

- Photos of damaged product

 

You can send the required information including your telephone number or Nespresso club member number to club.thailand@nespresso.com

 

After we received your email, we will contact you within 24 hrs. and our Coffee Specialists shall provide you with the best possible solution.
