For Vertuo NEXT machine, the temperature varies for each blend and cannot be altered. If you would like a warmer coffee, it is recommended to preheat your cup by rinsing it in hot water to help maintain the temperature and mix the coffee with the crema and drink your coffee right away once brewed.
