How do I return an unwanted item or order?

Nespresso offers a 30-day return policy from the delivery date of an order for Nespresso machines, accessories and unopened coffee sleeves purchased directly from Nespresso.

You may return unwanted accessories and unopened coffee sleeves for proper crediting, to the following address:

Please note: Items returned outside the 30-day policy will not be credited. Your account will be credited within 30 days of receipt of the item at our warehouse. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice in the package. We strongly recommend using a traceable method of shipping to ensure and track delivery.
