When is the offer valid?

Orders which have been placed on working days before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day. They will arrive within two working days.
If your order has not been delivered within this period, please contact Nespresso Germany on the toll-free number 0800 18 18 444.
Please also note the information on our homepage whether there is currently a general delay in delivery. This can happen, if we receive more orders than usual.

No, a cancellation is not possible after the order has been completed.
You are welcome to stop the delivery with the respective shipping company or use the return option. You can find our returns portal here.

Please log into your customer account first. You can access the menu selection by clicking on your name at the top of the page. In the 'Machine Subscription' section under 'Duration Details', you can stop the automatic renewal of your subscription. The machine subscription will then automatically end once the minimum duration of twelve months has been fulfilled.
The Nespresso machine subscription has an initial minimum duration of 12 months. After the expiration of the minimum duration, the Nespresso machine subscription will be renewed, but may be terminated at any time by both Nespresso and the customer.

If you want to return one or more items, please use our returns portal
Did you know? You can either print the label yourself or generate a QR code (DHL only) that you can use to have the label printed at a packing station or postal drop-off point. Your DHL driver can also generate the label for your return and take the package right away.

IMPORTANT: Please keep the receipt with the shipment number for at least six months.
