All model comes with 2 years warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase which shows on the receipt.
Need assistance about the machine, please contact NESPRESSO Club at 1800-019-090 (toll-free everyday from 08.00am. to 07.00pm), our assistance or instructions on how to proceed the basic troubleshooting before open repair ticket.
Our trained machine specialists are qualified to carry out a full diagnosis by phone with you. If the basic troubleshooting cannot resolve, the repair service will include the following :
- We will offer pick up service of your NESPRESSO machine from your home to our repair service center.
- Offer a loan machine to use during the repair period ( model and service are subject to availability).
- Repair of your NESPRESSO machine and a full check of its components.
- Return of your NESPRESSO machine to the same collection address.
- Repaired parts will be warranted for the unexpired portion of the original warranty or six months, whichever is greater.
*Please note:
For the machine that out of warranty, the flat fee is 2,400 Baht for all milk function machine and 1,900 Baht for all none milk function machine. Customer will pay for the fees on the date of return with the delivery staff but there will be a free of charge if the machine cannot be repaired for any reason.
During the warranty period, NESPRESSO will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product at no charge to the owner. Replacement products or repaired parts will be warranted only for the unexpired portion of the original warranty or six months, whichever is greater. This limited warranty does not apply to any defect resulting from negligence, accident, misuse, or any other reason beyond NESPRESSO’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: normal wear and tear, negligence or failure to follow the product instructions, improper or inadequate maintenance, calcium deposits or descaling, connection to improper power supply, unauthorized product modification or repair, use for commercial purposes, fire, lightning, flood or other external causes. This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase or in such other countries where NESPRESSO sells or services the same model with identical technical specifications. Warranty service outside the country of purchase is limited to the terms and conditions of the corresponding warranty in the country of service. A flat fee is applied if the NESPRESSO machine is no longer under warranty.

Online and Customer Service Purchases: Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all labels intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at 1800-019-090. After we successfully received your return parcel, we shall proceed to refund within 15 days of reception.
Boutique Purchases: All products sold at our boutiques are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, we may, at our discretion, accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the purchase date if the products were damaged before purchase. Returns for boutique purchases must be made at the boutique where the purchase was made.
Consumables: For food safety reasons, consumable items (e.g., coffee) cannot be returned or exchanged for any purchases.

We recommend perform rinsing mode and clear your machine regularly or at least once a week.

- more often in a medium/hard water area
- as the lime scale builds up much quicker.
In soft water areas lime scale may not be the major concern
- however, in order to ensure the highest performance possible, it is recommended to descale

2. How can I receive an e-Tax Invoice and when?
An e-Tax Invoice will be sent to your email address which was registered to a Nespresso account. You will receive the document no later than 2 business days after placing an order successfully.
3. Why can’t I receive an e-Tax Invoice immediately?
Nespresso is utilizing a service provider to generate an e-Tax Invoice and e-Credit Note, which will take time to implement. Nevertheless, the document will be delivered to your registered email address within 2 business days after an order was successfully placed.
4. Can I still receive tax invoice in paper?
An e-Tax Invoice that was issued in accordance with Revenue Department regulations and includes a digital signature is a valid document that can be used without the need for printing.
5. I did not receive an e-Tax Invoice through my email address, what can I do?
An e-Tax Invoice will be sent to an email address which was registered to your Nespresso account. We recommend you to verify that your email address is valid and spelled correctly.
* In case your email address is incorrectly spelled, please contact our Call Center or Nespresso Boutiques to update your email address accordingly.
* In case your email address is correct, but you have not received an e-Tax Invoice, please contact our Call Center or Nespresso Boutiques to resend the document accordingly.

6. What are the e-Tax Invoice amendment conditions?
1. For Nespresso boutique purchases, please contact the boutique where you made the purchase within 5 days after the order was placed successfully.
2. For Nespresso's official website or application, call center and official Nespresso shops on Marketplace, you can request the change of e-Tax Invoice information within 5 days after the order was delivered successfully, please contact our call center via email: club.thailand@nespresso.com
3. You may request amendments for the following information.
a. Incorrect spelling of name, but the data cannot be changed to belong to another person.
b. Incorrect Tax Identification Number or incorrect digits, but it cannot be changed to another person's Tax Identification Number
c. Incorrect address.
d. Changes to the list of products in the e-tax invoice are not allowed. The product list must match the original e-tax invoice.
Please be aware that Nespresso reserves the right to amend an e-Tax Invoice only 1 time. A credit note will be issued along with a new e-Tax Invoice and sent to you via email within 30 business days from the date of receiving updated information.

You need to log in to your internet account if you wish to change your email address. Once you’ve logged in, click on the “My Account” option at the top of the screen where you will then be able to amend your personal details. Select the option “My personal Information”, click on "Change my personal information" and then enter the new email address.

You can amend your address via your online Club account. Once you’ve logged in via www.nespresso.com, click on the “My Account” option at the top of the screen. You will then be taken to a webpage where you can find your personal details.

Alternatively, you can amend your address while placing an internet order. When placing your order, you are provided with an order details and delivery address after you click on "Proceed to checkout". The delivery and invoicing address(es) are given at the top. Code 100 refers to missing information in your registration or log in attempt, such as incorrect member number, country, post code or email address. To resolve this, please attempt to re-enter all relevant and correct information. Code 206 is due to an internet account and password that is already linked to a NESPRESSO Club membership. Simply log into the website using your e-mail address, and the password you elected when you began your initial registration attempt. You will then be able to continue the registration process from where you finished on your previous attempt.

Code 320 indicates the card you are using to make payment for your online order has been declined by your bank. This may be due to a mis-typed digit. Please ensure that you are not including any spaces when entering your credit card number. You are welcome to try the credit card details again or use an alternate card for payment. Should you continue to experience a problem, we would suggest contacting your bank for further information.

Error 308 can occur for new members on their second online order. This is due to the online account not connecting correctly with our database, at the completion of the first online order. This prevents the next order from being processed.

As there are various serial numbers on the box and at the base of the NESPRESSO machine, the NESPRESSO serial number can be located in one of the following places:
- On the Drip Tray, printed on a sticker;
- At the base of the machine, printed on a removable sticker; or
- On the original box the machine arrived in.
The serial number consists of 19 alphanumeric characters.

Your machine may actually have an air bubble block. The air bubbles can block the flow of water through the spout. They usually occur if your run the machine without water in the tank or after a period of non-use.
Fill warm water in the water tank, eject any capsule in the chamber, close the coffee lever and press the large cup button (5-10 times). Water should begin to flow from the spout.

Our trained machine specialists are qualified to carry out a full diagnosis by phone with you. If the basic troubleshooting cannot resolve, the repair service will include the following :
- We will offer pick up service of your NESPRESSO machine from your home to our repair service center.
- Offer a loan machine to use during the repair period ( model and service are subject to availability).
- Repair of your NESPRESSO machine and a full check of its components.
- Return of your NESPRESSO machine to the same collection address.
- Repaired parts will be warranted for the unexpired portion of the original warranty or six months, whichever is greater.
*Please note:
For the machine that out of warranty, the flat fee is 2,400 Baht for all milk function machine and 1,900 Baht for all none milk function machine. Customer will pay for the fees on the date of return with the delivery staff but there will be a free of charge if the machine cannot be repaired for any reason.
During the warranty period, NESPRESSO will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product at no charge to the owner. Replacement products or repaired parts will be warranted only for the unexpired portion of the original warranty or six months, whichever is greater. This limited warranty does not apply to any defect resulting from negligence, accident, misuse, or any other reason beyond NESPRESSO’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: normal wear and tear, negligence or failure to follow the product instructions, improper or inadequate maintenance, calcium deposits or descaling, connection to improper power supply, unauthorized product modification or repair, use for commercial purposes, fire, lightning, flood or other external causes. This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase or in such other countries where NESPRESSO sells or services the same model with identical technical specifications. Warranty service outside the country of purchase is limited to the terms and conditions of the corresponding warranty in the country of service. A flat fee is applied if the NESPRESSO machine is no longer under warranty.

If you are dissatisfied with the amount of coffee produced by your
NESPRESSO machine, you can manually set the amount you want (but do not exceed the minimum and maximum amount of each of the buttons allowed) that the machine can set by press and hold the desired button. Hold and release your finger when the coffee volume reaches the desired level. The button will flash to confirm the water level has been set.
This volume will be saved in the device's memory. The next time the machine will make coffee into a cup to this new level. All coffee buttons on the machine can be programmed.
Note: The water setting can be performed with or without coffee capsules. And the amount of water in each glass may differ slightly. There may be less or more with each time.

In order to keep your NESPRESSO machine in optimal condition, you are advised to descale your machine after every 600 capsules or at least 1 times a year. The harder the water in the area where you live is, the more often you need to descale your NESPRESSO machine.
Water residue and limescale can accumulate within the system. It may not only affect the temperature, flow and quality of your espressos but it may also shorten the life of your machine.

The burn marks you are experiencing are a build up of milk proteins over the heating element. These will need to be removed in order to avoid further complications with your Aeroccino. The following steps are recommended:
- The use of a Teflon-safe (or non-stick) scourer on the inside surface of your Aeroccino to remove the burnt patches of milk
- Cleaning the inside of your Aeroccino, as above, after every use
- Ensuring the inside of your Aeroccino remains free from any scratches or permanent marks

If a capsule is damaged (before or during the extraction), coffee grounds can be found into the cup.
Check that a capsule was not crushed while closing the lever/slider. If so, rinse the system and look for the problem, such as:
- full capsule container
- capsule stuck in the capsule cage
- capsule stuck in the extraction chamber
Extraction system opened too soon (during or just after extraction). Wait 2 to 3 seconds before opening the extraction system.

This is evident when there are little to no air bubbles after an attempted cycle of milk using an Aeroccino with the desired whisk attached. Your Aeroccino should have 2 different whisks attachments. One to heat milk (without spring), the other to heat and make foam milk (with spring). To create more milk foam please use whisk with spring when heating your milk.
The amount of froth produced by the milk, is dependant on the amount of protein present in your milk of choice. The protein content can vary between batches of milk, meaning that one bottle of milk may produce a different level of froth to another. This can also vary seasonally - most notably during the warmer months.
We advise the most effective resolutions are to:
- Ensure your Aeroccino is functioning correctly - whisks spin, milk heats and red light does not flash
- Trial with a different bottle/type of milk

If the red light on your Aeroccino is flashing continually and the heating cycle stops prematurely, it means that your Aeroccino has detected that it is heating up too quickly. Please find below some common causes and resolutions for this:
- Using the Aeroccino again immediately after first use: The Aeroccino has a safety thermostat that stops the spinning and heating of milk if the temperature is too high. This is to prevent it from burning out. It must be rinsed with cold water, cleaned and allowed to cool before using again.
- Traces of milk left in the Aeroccino: The Aeroccino must be thoroughly cleaned after each use. If traces of milk are left in it, the temperature rises very fast and the Aeroccino stops spinning and heating much earlier. We suggest that the inside of your Aeroccino should be thoroughly cleaned with cool water and a Teflon-approved or non stick scourer after every use. It is advised to also rinse the whisk used to maintain the quality of your unit.

Nudge the whisk slightly; it might be that the magnetism stopped for a short time. Check the function of the other whisk if it's working.
Rinse inside of the jug and the whisk with cold, running water and make sure to wipe with a damp, non-abrasive sponge or paper towel to remove milk residue after each time use.

The Aeroccino is a thermostatic (temperature sensitive) device which automatically powers off after reaching a set temperature. It does not detect the amount of froth being produced in the jug. As the Aeroccino is designed to heat the jug and rotate the whisks, it is functioning properly.
Be sure that the correct max fill line was utilized with the correct whisk. When using the frothing whisk, which has a coil for cappuccinos and macchiatos, fill milk to the lower maximum fill line. When using the hot milk whisk for lattes, you can fill it to the higher maximum fill line.
Different brands and types of milk will produce different qualities/quantities of froth. We find that UHT (Ultra High Temperature) milk produces very consistent froth. Milk quality fluctuates throughout the year, so the same brand and fat content may produce a different froth in the spring than it does in the winter
If your Aeroccino begins to overflow, you can safely remove it from its base without damaging the device.

Please clean the Aeroccino after each use. Rinse it with cold water and use a soft cloth for cleaning. Never use aggressive cleaning materials because the teflon-cover could be damaged.
1. It is necessary to clean the bottom of the jug after each single preparation to avoid the problem of milk remaining and it is impossible to clean the bottom of the jug (persistent milk deposit).
2. The milk remainders can become odorous. It is necessary to clean the bottom of the jug after each single preparation with a damp cloth to avoid the problem.
3. Use a damp cloth to clean the Aeroccino. Don't place it in the dishwasher.
Start the cleaning procedure (refer to user manual for description of procedure).
Repeat the procedure if needed.

Coffee is a natural product. When capsules have been used and are open, the wet coffee grounds will start to biodegrade, which may ultimately result in the formation of mould. The formation of mould is a natural process of decomposition, as for any organic matter.

The caffeine content depends on the NESPRESSO coffee, and is defined by the proportion of Robusta coffee ground in the blend (Robusta containing more caffeine level than Arabica).
• For Espresso Original Line will varies from around 50 to 100 mg caffeine per cup. For example Kazaar, Diavolitto and Fortado are an exception as those contain very high in Robusta, so Kazaar and Deavolitto contain around 120-200 mg caffeine.
• The Double Espresso, Lungo, GranLungo, Mug, Alto and Carafe range varies from around 60 to 200 mg caffeine per cup depending on Robusta and higher gram of grounded coffee contain within capsule.
• The Decaffeinato range contain about 3 to 6 mg caffeine per cup.
Various scientific studies indicate that an intake of 300 to 400mg of caffeine from all sources per day for the normally healthy adult population does not cause any adverse effects on health.
Expressed in cups, it means 300-400mg of caffeine typically represents 4-5 cups of NESPRESSO ORIGINAL coffees, or 2 to 5 cups of coffees for Vertuo coffees which may vary according to blend. Most of them contain approximately 60-100mg per capsule and 3-6mg for decaffeinated ones.

No. None of the NESPRESSO Coffee capsules contain allergens such as gluten, lactose, or nuts. NESPRESSO Coffee capsules contain 100% coffee and are hermetically sealed in order to prevent exposure to air and moisture. Terms such as malt, milk or cocoa refer to the aromatic profile (that naturally occurs in the bean) and do not refer to physical elements within the capsule.

The green coffee is soaked in water of around 80° C for about an hour. The caffeine dissolves into the water.
The coffee is then removed from the water and carbon is use to remove the caffeine. After that the coffee is put back into the water to dry out and reabsorb the natural coffee bean aromas. The usual grinding and roasting methods are then employed.
The removal of caffeine is, therefore, completely natural. This decaffeination process removes up to 99.9% of the caffeine from the coffee beans.

All decaffeinated product is tested and must legally contain less than 0.1% residual caffeine. Caffein content is checked in green coffee, in roasted coffee and in the finished product. Decaffeinated coffee contains max 3-6 mg of caffine per cup.

The calorie content in an ESPRESSO cup is negligible. There are 1260 Kj (300 Kcal) in 100 grams of roasted and ground coffee. The NESPRESSO ESPRESSO capsules contain an average of 5.5 grams of coffee and LUNGO contain around 7 grams. The fact that the ground coffee is dissolved in water means that a cup of coffee contains even fewer calories. So, a 40 ml. ESPRESSO will contains around 0.6 calories and a 110 ml. LUNGO will contains around 1 calorie.

In addition, aluminum also has the unique advantage of being infinitely recyclable.
The use of aluminum also allows us to eliminate the need for any additional packaging or overwrap to protect freshness, and its lightweight provides environmental advantages from a logistics perspective providing further advantages from a sustainability perspective.
NESPRESSO capsules are totally protected from air and light to ensure freshness over time: aluminium is the only material to guarantee such optimal protection. NESPRESSO aluminium capsules are coated with a food-grade lacquer to prevent any contact between the aluminium and the ground coffee.
Aluminum is also a material that can be infinitely recycled without losing any of its properties (approximately one third of the world aluminum demand is met by recycled sources and 75% of the aluminum ever produced is still in circulation). Coffee grounds can also be reused in a number of ways. They can be used for example, as a natural fertilizer for agriculture or as an energy source for the production of electricity or domestic heating.

Various scientific studies indicate that an intake of 300 to 400mg of caffeine from all sources per day for the normally healthy adult population does not cause any adverse effects on health.
Expressed in cups, it means 300-400mg of caffeine typically represents 4-5 cups of NESPRESSO Original coffees, or 2 to 5 cups of coffees for Vertuo coffees which may vary according to blend. Most of them contain approximately 60-80mg per capsule and 3-6mg for decaffeinated ones.

Our coffees have a 12-15 months shelf life from the moment they are produced. They do not have an expiry date, but a best before date. This means the quality, the aromas and the taste remain optimal for 12-15 months. The product remains safe for consumption once past this date. You can find that date printed on each sleeve.
There is no health or safety risk in consuming one of our coffee capsules past its best before date. The aluminium used in our capsules provides an impermeable barrier to light, oxygen and humidity, which perfectly protects the freshness of our coffees. After past 12-15 months, there might be a small reduction in the aroma intensity in the blends, but they are still good for consumption.

No additives or preservatives are added to our NESPRESSO coffees. Our capsules contain only roast & ground coffee and decaffeinated roast & ground coffee. For our flavored coffees, only natural flavorings are added to the roast & ground coffee.

Yes, it is safe to drink the coffee, even after 15 months. The only change you might notice after 15 months may be a small reduction in the aroma intensity in the blends, but the coffee is still good for consumption.

To maintain the optimum temperature, flow and quality of your coffee, descale your machine regularly; you are advised to descale your machine after every 600 capsules or at least once a year. The NESPRESSO Club recommend to use NESPRESSO descaling kit that has been especially designed for the NESPRESSO system and its components.

If the Aeroccino does not switch on, first of all try a different socket. Ensure that the Aeroccino is placed on the base correctly before pressing the ON button. Be aware that the machine device will not respond when it is cooling down.
Aeroccino might be overheated. Please fill it up with cold water or icecubes and wait for 30 minutes.
If you require further support for your Aeroccino, or any other machine related matters (including warranty claims), please contact the

- Using the Aeroccino again immediately after first use: The Aeroccino has a safety thermostat that stops the spinning and heating of milk if the temperature is too high. This is to prevent it from burning out. It must be rinsed with cold water, cleaned and allowed to cool before using again.

Online and Customer Service Purchases: Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all labels intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at 1800-019-090. After we successfully received your return parcel, we shall proceed to refund within 15 days of reception.
Boutique Purchases: All products sold at our boutiques are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, we may, at our discretion, accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the purchase date if the products were damaged before purchase. Returns for boutique purchases must be made at the boutique where the purchase was made.
Consumables: For food safety reasons, consumable items (e.g., coffee) cannot be returned or exchanged for any purchases.

The NESPRESSO machine range is specifically designed to meet precise power regulations for each geographical region. The machines sold for Thailand operate on 220-240V. When using machine with these specifications in another country, or vise versa, there is no guarantee that it will operate properly. Machines can be irreparably damaged when used in foreign countries if the voltage is different.
